Bathroom & Ensuite Addition -Outskirts of Exeter
On the outskirts of Exeter, we transformed this home with a stylish new main bathroom featuring a walk, in shower, alongside a separate ensuite shower room. The design combined elegant marble tiles laid in a striking herringbone pattern, a newly re-enamelled existing bath, and added window lights to flood the space with natural sunlight. The result, a bright, spacious, and beautifully finished bathrooms that combine practicality with luxury.
Limestone Patio with Hidden Brick Slot Drain - Exeter
This patio project in Exeter began with the removal of the existing paving and sub-base to allow for a complete rebuild. A new 150 mm compacted sub-base was installed to provide a strong, long-lasting foundation. Premium limestone paving was laid with precision, incorporating a hidden brick slot drain for discreet and effective rainwater management. Joints were hand-grouted and sponged off for a flawless finish, then sealed and professionally cleaned to protect the stone and bring out its natural colour. The result is a stylish, durable, and low-maintenance patio that enhances the outdoor space.
Garage Conversion into a Day Room and Bar - Exeter
This garage conversion transformed an underused space into a stylish day room and bar — or, as the client affectionately calls it, their very own mini night club. The garage was divided, with the rear section converted into a warm and inviting living space. New aluminium bi-fold doors open onto the rear garden, while bespoke full-width timber steps create a seamless connection to the outdoors. Inside, underfloor heating runs beneath premium engineered wood flooring, and the back wall features a striking four-piece custom hand-painted wallpaper. The result is a unique space that’s perfect for relaxed afternoons or lively evenings with friends.
