Superb service from start to finish. High Spec Building completely transformed our home into something far beyond what we could ever have imagined. Andrew Stone and his team created a lovely new kitchen for us and so we were confident that they would undertake our loft conversion successfully. That proved to be the case. Andrew’s overall control meant that all building rules and regulations were fulfilled and the timetable for the work proceeded efficiently. Wayne Phillips worked on and oversaw the onsite activities in a faultless way. He worked every day and always arrived punctually; he produced high quality work throughout. High Spec builders are rightly proud of their reputation and demand the highest standards of work from all the craftspeople they employ. So carpenter, roofer, plasterer, electrician, plumber, decorators all produced high quality work and slotted into the timetable smoothly. The project was therefore completed in good time and without any holdups. We were consulted and informed of progress throughout and always treated with friendliness and consideration. The result is a delightful room with an en suite toilet and useful storage space which has enhanced our home and our lives. We are sure that anyone who works with High Spec Builders can expect the highest standards of work and service.

Loft conversion with ensuite bathroom. 'High Spec Building Ltd were recommended to me by a friend who had also had a loft conversion. From the outset, Andrew and Hassan were professional and punctual. The team who worked on my project were highly skilled, polite and explained each stage of the project so that I was able to make any alterations to the original plans, if necessary. They were also extremely tidy, which was important to me. I was out at work during the day, so I needed to feel confident that my house was secure, as well as being treated with respect, which I always did. Andrew was available at each stage to discuss any concerns that I may have had and responded swiftly to my texts or phone calls. The result of the project is a stunning and very spacious loft room, with a stylish ensuite bathroom. My neighbours are very envious - and I have recommended High Spec Building to them in case they are thinking of doing the same.'

High Spec building Ltd We appointed High Spec Building Ltd to convert the bathroom in our bungalow which we purchased earlier this year, into a fully accessible walk-in shower room. Right from the outset at the first visit to scope and price the work and choosing materials, fixtures and fittings Andrew and Hassan listened to our needs and while making suggestions at no time were we pressurised. The work itself was undertaken speedily, professionally and to an extremely high standard. We were very pleased with whole process and cannot recommendations them more highly.

We are delighted with our new kitchen extension and the internal renovations. The quality of the work and the care to attention is outstanding. The service we received from Andrew and Hassan was first-class throughout, from the initial site visit through a complicated and often challenging build, to final completion and aftercare. Having a client work from home put an additional onus on everyone, but I can honestly say there was not a single day throughout the project that brought any reason to complain about any aspect of the build. The team was efficient, on time every day, never missed a day, worked as cleanly as could be expected and were unfailingly polite, cheerful and professional. The result is a stunning addition to our home that will fill us with immense pleasure every day to come, and an excellent memory of the summer spent building it. We recently hired High Spec Building to put in an upstairs bathroom, remove the old downstairs bathroom and open up/extend the kitchen and install a new kitchen design. I can not recommend Andrew, Hassan, and team highly enough. We are extremely pleased with the end result. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. I was home alone with my son for most of this project and I felt completely comfortable being alone with the team. They were also very patient with my inquisitive 3-year-old! Andrew kept me up to date with any issues that came up and also kept me up to date with the budget. They were always here on time and worked tirelessly. The team is very friendly and all of my neighbors commented on this. I will most definitely be recommending them to any friends and we will also use them again for any future work. Our loft conversion was carried out by Hassan and Andrew at High Spec. From the very first meeting, through quotations and working on site, they understood our needs, took on the design and carried it out professionally, courteously and competently. Andrew’s long career in both trade experience and classroom construction teaching gives him know-how in a depth to match Hassan’s enthusiasm and craftsmanship. Between the two of them they have a wide reaching local network to bring in expertise as necessary to complete any given project. Throughout the project they treated our small terrace house as a home, not as a building site, and were clean, quiet and considerate. Beginning work only after a week of our first child’s birth this was especially welcoming! I’d happily recommend High Spec both from an end user and in a professional capacity as an architect.
